Dr. Victoria Kisyombe is Founder and CEO of Sero Lease Finance (Tanzania). Sero Lease Ltd has developed into a sustainable, for-profit operation providing micro-leasing to over 10,000 women clients in Tanzania in 2008, with a client pay-back rate of 99%. Its non-profit arm continues training in HIV AIDS awareness and women’s legal rights as well as business skills. To date over 17,000 women have been trained.


Mr Suzuki Kiyoyuki is President and CEO of Advanced Media, Inc. since 1997. Formerly a member of the Intelligent Technology, Inc. (ITI) in Japan where he led the development of artificial intelligence applications, including financial planning, scheduling and diagnostic systems. Mr. Suzuki was responsible for the Research and Development relationship with ITI's partners such as the Carnegie Group, Inc. and Carnegie Mellon University.


Rino Levesque is a former principal of a secondary school and a primary school in two Canadian provinces. Particularly at Coeur-Vaillant Primary School in Québec City, he conceived and implemented the Entrepreneurial community school (ECS) concept. It aims to develop from an early age an autonomous learning and conscious entrepreneurial culture to benefit the overall health of youth, families, partners and communities. Since 2001, the ECS concept has won several prestigious honours in Canada and internationally for its innovation in entrepreneurial education. Mr. Levesque received the 2004 Young Socially Responsible Business Leader in Quebec Award through the Montréal Chamber of Commerce.


Ms. Marie-Christine Lombard is Group Managing Director of TNT Express, Europe’s largest express company, and a member of TNT’s Board of Management. Prior to that, she was Chairman and Managing Director of TNT Express France (formerly Jet Services). Before joining the express sector in 1993, she served as corporate finance specialist at Paribas Bank and Chemical Bank in Lyon, Paris, and New-York. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Metro AG and was appointed Chevalier of the French Legion of Honour in 2005.


When Britain announced its intention to give independence to the colony in 1976, Sir James R. Mancham founded the Democratic Party (S.D.P.), and served as its leader until February 2005. Sir James R. Mancham promoted tourism to the Seychelles and arranged for the building of the airport that was to make the Seychelles accessible to the rest of the world. Tourism increased and the economy developed.


Carlos Moncayo grew up in Ecuador, went to law school in the U.S., and studied Mandarin in China before starting ASIAM, an offshore manufacturing management company that specializes in the garment industry.
Carlos has been recently recognized as Asia's Best Young Entrepreneur by Businesweek. Based in Shanghai, ASIAM provides a competitive edge to private clothing brands in Latin America, which compete with big corporations in their respective local markets. Since its inception in 2004, ASIAM has facilitated interaction between buyers and suppliers, reducing problems associated with distance and cultural barriers and allowing international transactions to become as easy and secure as local transactions.
ASIAM was awarded 2009 Bizz Awards in the Inspiring Company and Entrepreneurial Company categories. In 2008, ASIAM handled $29 million on orders from different importers, and during these last five years, the company averaged yearly growth of 112% and helped more than 70 clients import products from more than 300 Chinese factories. Nowadays, Moncayo splits his time between China and South America.
In 2008, Carlos was admitted to Shanghai's China Europe International Business School, where he graduated on December 2009.


Geneviève Morand founded Rezonance in 1998. It is today the largest professional network agency in Swiss-French region. Since the release of her thesis on networking and interactivity in 1985, she has been keenly observing the numeric convergence and the strategic approach of large communication groups. For 13 years, she works in the film industry and media sector, notably as the Head of Marketing and Commercial Business for the “Télévision Suisse Romande” channel.


Nyokabi Njuguna is the Founder and President of Entrepreneurship and Leadership [E+L] Foundation and also CEO of Marketing Strategies & Solutions. Nyokabi was AGOA Forum 2009 Assistant Advisor; Fortune 500/US State Department, KMAP, Women’s World Banking Mentorship Program Alumnus; sits on several boards and belongs to several business and professional bodies.


Sanjeev Rao is the Founder and CEO of Gateway to India, (G2i) a venture which helps accelerate success in Euro Indian partnerships. G2i, based in has worked on numerous projects in supporting Continental European Companies enter the Indian market and has supported them both in their operations and investments. Previous to G2i, which Sanjeev started two years ago, Sanjeev was with The Boston Consulting Group in Paris for three and a half years. He worked on many strategic, business development and change management assignments for major European Multinationals. After his Telecoms Engineering from Mangalore University, Sanjeev spent nine years with Alstom in the UK and France. Having started initially in the advanced research space, he quickly moved soon to International Business Development within one of the business units. During this time he also managed many transverse corporate projects in the areas of Quality and Customer Focus. He was also very active in supporting the transfer of technology and R&D exchange with India.
