With 15 years experience as Managing Director of the consulting firm, STRATEGIES !, Ms. Kah Walla is recognized on an international level for her expertise in leadership and management.
Recognized in 2008 by the World Bank as one of 7 women entrepreneurs in Africa, Kah WALLA has succeeded in developing an African firm which offers consulting services in leadership and management in the international market, respecting the highest norms and standards. Her firm STRATEGIES! offers services to multinational firms such as Shell, Standard Chartered Bank and ExxonMobil, as well as development organizations such as The Pan African Parliament, NEPAD, the World Bank, the United Nations and the German Development Cooperation.
Kah is a strong advocate for business environment reform in Cameroon. In 2007 as Vice President of the American Business Association (today American Chamber of Commerce) she carried out an advocacy initiative for the improvement of the business environment in Cameroon bringing together business leaders to address their specific concerns to government in this domain.
In September 2009 she was recognized by the Clinton Global Initiative for work carried with over 500 market women in Cameroon’s economic capital, Douala in order to reinforce their capacity in entrepreneurship and build their capacity to defend their rights as economic actors. This project is being used today at international level as a pilot for sector reform in this area.
After an extremely impressive entry into national politics in 2007, Kah Walla is today seen as one of the potential candidates for the presidential elections in Cameroon in 2011!
