Tarek Nabil Dajani is the CEO of Cleartag , a leading digital agency within the Arab world that is active in research, development and consultancy on emerging media, social media and new patterns of digital citizenry. He also heads Tagventures Holding, a holding company for Cleartag, Taglogic, Taglogic RFID and Tagbrands.
Tarek Dajani was initially trained as an architect at the American University of Beirut. He branched out into the new media domain and founded Cleartag in 1999. Later he went on to Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to specialize in information technology and earn a Master of Engineering degree. Currently he is a System Design and Management (SDM) Fellow at MIT.
Tarek taught the Interactive Media course at the Department of Architecture and Graphic Design at the American University of Beirut during the past fall semester. He also taught courses at the Lebanese American University and Notre Dame University
