Winston Damarillo
Chairman of Global Gateway Innovation Exchange (G2iX), the innovation platform that enables rapid development of IT startups, Winston has founded multiple disruptive companies namely Exist, the multi-awarded
leader in software development, Morphlabs, a comprehensive cloud computing platform provider, and MaestroDev, a collaborative software development automation company.
His past entrepreneurial endeavors include companies which Winston grew to profitability and subsequently sold to major IT players: Gluecode Software which was acquired by IBM in 2005, Logicblaze, by Iona Technologies in 2007, and most recently, Webtide, acquired by Intalio in 2009. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Winston was among the highest performing venture capital professionals at Intel.
Winston is a board member and international marketing director for the Philippine Software Industry Association. He is also a trustee of the Ayala Foundation USA, an organization committed on delivering social development initiatives. Winston was also honored as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum for 2010. Winston holds a B.S. in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering from the De La Salle University.
