Gintaras Kruckas
Mr. Gintaras Kruckas took the position of the CEO of MTTC (Mobile phone technical center) in 2007. MTTC performs aftersale service in the Baltics for all the largest mobile phone vendors. Currently it has become the most advanced repair center in the Nordic countries. Company is close to its vision "Best service center in the Nordic" and follows "The quality leader" business strategy. After the successful growth in the Baltics, MTTC has been recognized as the fastest growing technology company in Lithuania in 2009 (Deloitte CE Technology Fast 50).
Mr.Kruckas, biochemist by his first University degree, has over 14 years experience in telecommunications. He started his career as a showroom consultant at the mobile market leader Omnitel (TeliaSonera group) and left the company being the Head of Sales & Customer Care Department. The most impressive achievement from the career in Omnitel was the recognition of Omnitel as Top1 mobile operator in Europe at the sales organization (the benchmark was performed by ATKEARNEY).
He takes part in Knowledge Economy Forum, is the member of Asociation Service Quality, Vilnius Managers‘ Club.
